It's very much like a normal chat widget that you'd see on the bottom right of a webpage. The customer clicks on it and inputs their name/email/phone number, then they talk with the agent. Except unlike normal chat bots that usually connects to a person, there is an advanced AI on the other side. We "train" the AI bot on your specific public website data—your pricing, opening hours, services, and FAQs. All you need to do is provide some information about your business (e.g all your service packages, pricing etc.) so we can train the AI on your business. As well as providing images or videos you want to add to your website. If you have an existing website, we can review it and copy any information and services to our new smart website.
